Summer Mindfulness

Summer Mindfulness In-Person

Laura Gavigan will provide an overview of Mindfulness integrating outdoor and Summer seasonal themes/practices. All sessions and activities will be planned outdoors, weather permitting, with the Community Space reserved as a backup if needed.
Mindful Matters will Provide:
● Journals
● Journal prompts/quotes
● Seed packets
● Treats for Mindful Eating (TBD)

Week 2, June 13
● Opening: Tree Meditation
● Check-in
● Dynamic Breath and Movement
● Closing Meditation with Journaling Reflection
