Autism Forum with Campaign D In-Person
Nearly everyone knows someone with autism. We hear the statistics and terms that state; "1 in 36 children born in 2025 will be diagnosed with autism, boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed than girls, early intervention, IEPs, occupational therapists, gluten free diet, vaccinate, don't vaccinate." Though these figure and terms are important, most people don't know what it is like to live with autism.
Together, Gates Public Library and Campaign D are hosting an Autism Forum celebrating National Autism Acceptance month on Saturday, April 19 from 11 am - 1 pm at Gates Public Library. Please join our panelists as they share personal experiences on Autism.
